TERMS OF SALE
#1. Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2. Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3. Tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Missouri.
#4. Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
#5. Inventory: Subject to availability.
#6. Shipping: Items in stock shipped within 2 to 5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped based on manufacturer’s availability which normally would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via US Postal. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#7. Cancellations: Subject to Ose-store.com’s acceptance and terms, this will indemnify Ose-store.com against any loss.
#8. Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to Ose-store.com for any UPS shipments. Ose-store.com will assist in the process of collections.
#9. Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.
#10. Returns & Refunds: Ose-store.com prides its self on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by Ose-store.com in resalable condition.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10 -14 days for your return to be credited or exchange made. Please send your package prepaid to the following address:
