SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges are added to all orders. When case lots are ordered they have to be shipped out of warehouse and they only ship UPS. If US Mail is selected on smaller orders we will automatically ship UPS if rates are cheaper.

US Mail is not an authorized shipping method through Yahoo, therefore rates have to be manually entered when order is processed.

RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted with prior notification. A 25% restocking fee may apply if item was ordered incorrectly by customer. All freight charges, both sending and receiving will remain the customer's obligation if item was ordered in error.

Errors in shipping will be responsibility of Office Supplies & Equipment.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Products damaged in shipment will be replaced at no charge to the customer. All shipping charges will be Office Supplies & Equipment's responsibility.
